I shot my first 3D movie in March 2010 using two Canon T2i cameras on a parallel 3D rig. Editing and rendering the footage was incredibly difficult; I used Sony Vegas to edit each view independently and Stereo Moviemaker to adjust the 3D effect. I waited so long for this new Sony 3-D camcorder only to discover when it arrived that it’s not possible to view 3-D videos anywhere except with the Camcorder connected with it’s HDMI connection or with the camera’s 3 1/2 inch screen.
Sony praises the fact that everything you shoot in 3-D is also viewed in 2-D but who cares?
I want to be able to make a AVCHD….
